Dr. Tim Schlippe did his PhD at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in the field of speech processing. In addition to his broad knowledge in computer science, he has expertise in machine translation and automatic speech recognition. In 2015, he developed the first versions of his WaveFont technology, continuously enhanced them and successfully presented them at international events. Since 2018, his company Silicon Surfer offers the service of producing WaveFont captions (www.wavefont.com).
